Signe Hytte
Signe Hytte is a purist with a capital P. She finds beauty in the absolute essence of things, where she seeks to strip away anything extra without eliminating the essential. Prior to graduating from TEKO Design and Business School in Denmark, Hytte studied Aesthetic and Culture at Aarhus University. “I have a deep desire to do something special without over-doing it,” says Hytte. “Aiming for something simple yet meaningful, that you feel good about looking at and living with.”

Sami Kallio was born in Finland and raised in Sweden, where he honed his skills in traditional woodworking craftsmanship, such as compression moulding and woodturning. Paavo Tynell
Paavo Tynell (1890-1973) was an industrial designer, known as the great pioneer of Finnish lighting design and fondly dubbed as “the man who illuminated Finland”. Tyne was one of the founders and chief designers of Taito Oy – the first industrial producer of lighting fixtures in Finland. With the innovation of electricity in the beginning of the 20th century, Taito Oy and Tynell expanded the thinking and manufacturing of modern lighting solutions in Europe and abroad.
