A truly beautiful and comfortable chair. The PK9 is complemented by the PK54 table perfectly. Kjærholm's functionalist approach to furniture design enabled him to produce structural pieces of the highest quality that were at the same time practical. His furniture is displayed at museums around the world and it remains today an example of expert craftsmanship and design integrity. The PK 9 tripod, also known as the "Tulip Chair" has a distinctive hourglass shape on delicate 'splayed' legs.
