Limited edition CH24 Wishbone - Birthday Edition 2022 chair in a new combination of FSC-certified teak and olive* tanned leather. The chair features an exclusive small brass plate engraved with Hans J. Wegner's signature and date of birth discreetly placed on the inside of the frame, and a certificate of authenticity.

It facilitates a circular economy, safeguarding value in the form of energy, revitalisation, labour and materials. Upholstered Seat: Olive-tanned leather, colour Cognac
Olivenleder (olive leather) is made using residues from the olive oil industry. The process, which was first tested by Heller-Leder in 2011, is known as wet green; hides are tanned using extracts from the leaves of olive trees, which are traditionally discarded and burned. The technology is distributed by Reutlingen-based Wet-green GmbH.
